We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right quickly.


All Other Returns

Because each item is printed on-demand especially for you, returns for reasons other than defect or damage will incur a $7 restocking fee per item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or stains).

  • All original tags and packaging should be included, if applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund minus the $7 restocking fee and notify you by email.

To begin a return or exchange, please reach out to us with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief description of the issue
